Bill has been a passionate advocate of structured settlements for his entire career. His experience in both claims and structures provided the impetus to launch Chronovo and build a new model for the industry, one that enhances the power, scope and outcomes of structured settlements with best-of-breed technology and data analytics. Bill has published numerous articles on settlement issues and litigation strategies, and is a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences. Bill is Chronovo’s Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Chair of its Complex Claims Group.
